Bruno’s Books & Beans Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Bruno’s Books & Beans, we want every book to find its happy reader. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

In-Store Purchases

• New Books: May be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and in new, sellable condition.
• Used Books: All used book sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on used titles.

Online Orders

• New Books: Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned books must be in new, unused condition.
• Used Books: All used books purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
